Your First Visit

When you come to our office, you’ll be greeted and given some new patient paperwork to fill out (if you want, you can do it ahead of time by printing it from our website here). Once that is complete, you’ll bring it back up to our Chiropractic Assistant, Cheryl, and you will be brought back to Dr. Warner’s office to talk a little more about your personal situation.  Be sure to tell Cheryl of all your medical history so she can share it with the Doctor.

Then Dr. Warner will come in and talk with you about what’s going on, do an exam, and if she feels it’s necessary, do x-rays. Following that, she’ll take you into the adjusting room and you’ll get your first adjustment. This will generally be a light adjustment to start removing the subluxations in your spine.  She’ll want to review your x-rays and exam findings to determine the course for your care.

When you leave after your first visit, you’ll go home with “homework”. We ask that you fill it out and bring it back with you for your second visit to go over with your doctor.  We’ll also ask that you watch our Health Talk that you can access on this website.
